    All Sales Are Final Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our items (including waist beads, bracelets, and other personalized products), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


    Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or partial/full refund is appropriate.


    Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item due to our error, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.


    Customization Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, preferences, and customization details. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information submitted at the time of order.
