Thank you for supporting our handmade business. Each item we create is made with care and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
All Sales Are Final Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our items (including waist beads, bracelets, and other personalized products), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Customization Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, preferences, and customization details. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information submitted at the time of order.
Processing Time All items are handmade and require a processing period before shipping. Processing times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on order volume.
